Job Description
1. Assist in the development and implementation of the Strategy & business plans (across the logistics verticals – freight forwarding, warehousing & supply chain and contract logistics) including market analysis, competitive assessment, financial projections/statements, operational excellence, and resource allocation.
2. Work with BI team / external consultants to conduct thorough research and analysis to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks. Support in the planning & feasibility studies for the logistics business expansion across the region
3. Work with Finance to develop and maintain financial models and forecasts in building the strategy, business planning and decision-making processes.
4. Monitor and track performance, highlighting opportunities and areas of concern in a timely manner for actions to be worked to address.
5. Work with relevant business heads on specific projects/deep dives and ensure follow through; provide timely updates on issues/projects
6. Prepare & conduct periodic reviews and update of the business initiatives & business plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivery requirements.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage
