Job Description
To assist with the management of facilities and physical security activities and services across Masdar offices and premises to ensure that they are provided in line with standards, agreements and requirements and that employee and asset security is safeguarded at all times. To assist in the management of the performance of facility management (FM) service providers, focusing on lifecycle maintenance requirements of the assets, participating in the development and implementation of the relevant FM strategies to meet the operational requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or degree in facilities management or equivalent qualification FM certifications SFP/FMP are an asset
Preferred Experience:
At least 4years in facilities management and security in a similar organization including experience in managing physical security
