ROLE SUMMARY
This position is primarily responsible for positively influencing customers’ prescribing behaviour to achieve sales targets, develop territory and build strong customer relationships with the objective of maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products in a given territory in compliance with AZ CO.
What you’ll do
Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients. Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, demographic, and managed market’s information relative to assigned sales territory Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc. Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product

Essential for the role
Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry more than 2 year Comprehensive understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical marketplace Proven Project Management skills Outstanding selling skills Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Planning and organization skills Impactful presentation skills Fluency in English

Previous experience in the Respiratory therapy area Previous experience in Al Ain

Hi. So what I like most about working at AstraZeneca is the teamwork and the collaboration within those teams. I work within the Regulatory Project Manager. And we work to deliver all of the regulatory deliverables for a project, so whether that be a new MIA, a new indication or line extension, or a clinical trial application, and also any post-approval activities as well that are needed to be supported. Within those teams, we see lots of collaboration. We see lots of shared learnings, we should see knowledge development, and we're always looking at continuous improvement in terms of better ways of doing things. So improving the processes, finding smarter, quicker, more efficient ways of working. So it's great that everyone can contribute to those to make it a better place to work and to make everything we do more efficient and more streamlined.
