• Develop and implement marketing strategies to effectively promote our brand and properties.
• Create engaging and creative content for marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media platforms, and advertisements.
• Manage social media accounts and develop content calendars to drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
• Coordinate and execute marketing events, such as property launches and open houses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure consistency of brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
• Manage and maintain the company's website and ensure it is updated with the latest information and visuals.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing collateral and support their efforts in generating leads and closing deals.
