Senior Marketing Manager

Minimalist.ae is much more than just an eCommerce store specializing in the design and manufacturing of bespoke watches and jewelry. Since our inception in 2014, we have grown into a community of design enthusiasts spanning several hundred thousand people. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth and elevate our brand’s presence across all marketing channels.

• Develop and lead marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
• Design and implement a comprehensive email marketing strategy focused on customer retention and acquisition.
• Oversee Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts to improve the online shopping experience and increase conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative ads creative strategies that resonate with our brand ethos and target audience.
• Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly to ensure targets are met.
• Develop and execute seasonal promotions, special offers, and discounts in collaboration with the sales team.
• Lead cross-functional marketing initiatives that align with product launches and company objectives.

• 5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on e-commerce, ideally within luxury goods, watches, or a similar industry.
• Proven experience in managing paid media, CRO, and email marketing to drive business growth.
• Expertise in data-driven marketing and use of tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups, eCommerce, or creative agencies.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
