The Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department Support Services Directorate is looking to recruit motivated professionals for the Corporate Marketing Section within the Support Services Directorate. This role aims to support the Department's objectives and responsibilities in line with approved procedures.
Key Job Duties and Responsibilities:
·Develop and execute corporate marketing strategies to strengthen the Department's reputation.
·Collaborate with relevant organizational units to develop and execute marketing campaigns for the Department's initiatives and services.
·Propose and implement marketing initiatives that align with the Department’s objectives, and support its employees, drawing from best practices and events across various government entities.
·Engage in exhibitions, events, and occasions organized or attended by the Department.
·Assist in managing the Department's digital content across social media platforms.
·Liaise and coordinate with partners and vendors regarding the Department's events, initiatives, and marketing needs.
·Organize and oversee all necessary arrangements for hosting delegations in accordance with established procedures.
·Assist in the planning and execution of voluntary initiatives that the Department organizes or participates in.
·Assist in the planning and execution of occupational health initiatives, as well as sports and leisure activities for the Department's employees, in coordination with relevant organizational units.
·Develop and maintain a database relevant to the Corporate Marketing Section's work procedures in accordance with the applicable guidelines.
·Define strategic and operational performance indicators relevant to the Corporate Marketing Section's activities.
·Support the enhancement and development of the Corporate Marketing Section's work procedures by analyzing performance measurement results.
Main Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:
·Adhere to the use of Tawqeet for documenting daily tasks and completed work in accordance with applicable rules.
·Prepare a weekly report on assigned cases and the corresponding actions taken, following issued instructions.
·Follow all departmental procedures related to the Cases Management System (Tawtheeq).
·Comply with the Department's approved Information Security policies.
·Adhere to all Departmental circulars regarding attendance to ensure timely and high-quality completion of assigned responsibilities.
Academic qualifications and years of experience:
·Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Management or a relevant equivalent.
·Two years of experienceat least in corporate marketing.
Required skills (Technical skills and conduct):
·Familiarity with all policies, procedures and bylaws relevant to the work.
·Ability to demonstrate strong teamwork and workload management skills.
·Ability to drive creative and innovative solutions at work.
·Strong computer skills.
·Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing and speaking).
