We are currently seeking an experienced human resource professional to join our Automotive – Talent Acquisition team in the capacity of Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition.

Overview of the role
This role is tasked to deliver the highest standards of Talent Acquisition for Al-Futtaim automotive. The role has 3 main dimensions of accountability and success:

1.- Co-creating TA strategy for the division with the Head of TA

2.- Leading a team of Talent Acquisition Partners

3.- Delivering full cycle recruitment for executive roles.

What you will do

Talent Acquisition strategy

• Co-creates TA strategy, mainly for executive hiring.
• Develops TA strategy for the LOBs that the incumbent leads.
• Creates TA process for executive and key hiring in the division.
• Team leadership
• Set the operating rhythm for the team reporting into this position
• Ensures performance management is executed according to company’s standards
• Coach and guides team members
• Acts as DOA owner for the group of TA Partners led by the role

Full cycle recruitment for key roles

• Proactively source and do market mapping exercises for key talent inside and outside the region, mainly from Automotive industry.
• Perform full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer for specific key roles in Automotive division.

Full cycle recruitment for Executive roles

• Proactively source and do market mapping exercises for Executive talent inside and outside the region in the automotive industry.
• Manage Executive Stakeholders, including Automotive President for all executive hiring related matters (In partnership with Head of TA)
• Perform full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer for all Executive roles in Automotive division.

• Bachelor’s degree minimum required
• Ideal candidate would have 10+ years’ experience in talent acquisition
