The Senior Manager – Inside Sales ( Dubizzle Cars) will lead and manage a dynamic inside sales team focused on selling additional value-added services, such as car insurance and extended warranties, to car buyers. This role involves designing and implementing sales strategies, driving upselling initiatives, coaching & developing a high-performing team to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
In this role, you will:
Team Leadership and Development:
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of Sales Account Managers, telesales executives, and coordinators.
- Foster a culture of excellence by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Drive team productivity, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to performance goals.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategies to upsell dubizzle cars services to car buyers.
- Set and track sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing insights and actionable plans for improvement.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Customer Experience and Satisfaction:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and managing escalations effectively.
- Occasionally meet clients to strengthen relationships and identify additional sales opportunities.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the team’s adherence to company regulations, quality standards, and performance goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and reinforce expectations.
- Generate detailed reports on team performance, sales trends, and mission-related objectives.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes, optimize tools, and improve the customer journey.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance upselling effectiveness and team efficiency.
