Integrated data strategy, sourcing, management, and accessibility are at the heart of this transformation and TCCC is building dedicated global leadership and teams to ensure the provision of an end-to-end data platform across all markets.


The Senior Manager Global Business and Marketplace Performance, as a part of the Global Platform Services Marketing & PACS Intelligence team, will support building the next generation data strategy and lead our OU and agency partners towards it.


He/she will support building an end-to-end business and marketplace performance solution to drive growth by:


  • leading multiple partners to provide a consistent, comparable, and accurate marketplace and business performance (i.e. RMS/Scan Data and industry and category portfolio data).
  • enabling the network with productized services that drive data quality, stability, accuracy, and simplicity across our 9 Operating Units.
  • being the pulse of industry-leading marketplace-wide shopper data capabilities to solve business needs related to coverage, speed of insights, and data granularity.
  • collaborating in the development of data analytics solutions to drive insights related to market and category growth.

What You Will Do for Us:


Relationship Management and Value Delivery


  • Lead the relationship with multiple data suppliers in EME.
  • Work closely with the Integrated Insights Domain Lead in EME
  • Be a partner to the Operating Unit functions in Marketing, Strategy, Planning, and the Global Platform Services teams Data & Technology, ensuring service delivery and data quality for optimal value delivery across EME markets

Global Liaison & Alignment – Platform Services


  • Sync EME OU with Global Team standards and ways of working, aligning data needs and roadmaps with strategic data partners.
  • Input into the shaping of protocols and diagnostics to deliver the best Marketplace Performance Measurement data landscape for the whole TCCC system, effectively promoting data scalability and standardization.

Innovation


  • Implement a new scan/retail audit partnership in an important market for EME.
  • Identify data needs and support the innovation roadmap to address the main pain points of coverage, speed of insights, and data granularity providing cutting-edge solutions to drive growth.
  • Anticipate business needs and collaborate to develop data analytics solutions to integrate, streamline, and harmonize data to drive category growth.

Training & Adoption


  • Train and/or manage the agency and the contingent workers run training of EME OU associates on datasets, access, independent analysis, and interpretation.
  • Be a champion of change, by promoting, training and driving user adoption of KO’s internal proprietary data analytics solutions in EME OU.
  • Influence cross-system adoption of our global transformation agenda.

Database Management & Quality Control


  • Hold partners accountable for data delivery, ingestion, cleaning, KPI setting and tracking, data harmonization and warehousing so that data is consistent, comparable, and accurate across our foundational marketplace performance information base.
  • Lead the data simplification workstream for EME to simplify Data, Reporting, and Account Servicing by implementing new ways of working with key partners.
  • Partner with OU and Platform Services teams to assess new data suppliers, enhance Data Quality Control processes, lead Data Coverage discussions, and embed them in operational routines with the Operating Unit (i.e. sample design, universe update, product enhancement).

Analysis & Reporting


  • Build & enhance global analytical front-end/dashboard solutions for performance measurement.
  • Perform holistic analysis of business performance metrics by connecting the dots from multiple data sources such as retail audit, BEACH, household panel, GCS, Innovation
  • Supporting backlog management of global analytics projects that includes descriptive, diagnostic, predictive & prescriptive analysis for Long Range Planning, Annual Business Plans, M&A and Revenue Growth Management.

BUDGET


  • Data Budget Management including Budget/Subscription/PO/SOW/RE management. Working with the OU Leadership, Procurement, and Finance team to ensure finance process adherence.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:   


  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or Advanced Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of work experience, marketing expertise. Must have 3 to 5 years strong hands-on experience in retail audit.
  • Needs to have experience working across teams and geographies in a complex environment. Experience in a global role preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing relationships with data suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders. Experience of both strategic and operational roles preferred.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining front-end reporting and dashboards, experience with modeling and forecasting is a plus

Functional Skills:


  • Must understand full data ecosystem and life cycle. How to acquire, store, organize, manage data, generate insights. Experience using consumer/shopper, marketing, retail audit to solve business problems and developing marketing data driven stories and recommendations will be a strong advantage.
  • Must understand how to integrate multiple platforms so data from disparate systems is more easily accessible and digested.
  • Mastery of reporting and data visualization using appropriate software
  • Ability to evaluate and ensure that vendor performance meets or exceeds defined performance standards and adheres to overall company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to develop diverse network/resources to leverage "best in class" knowledge, approaches, and processes.
  • Enjoy the challenge of driving adoption for new solutions/services and leading change throughout the organization by influencing global end users and stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and communicate the larger picture, tell data driven stories to a variety of seniority levels. Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting priorities
  • Comfort in navigating white space and ability to drive clarity across various stakeholders in the Operating Units, Central Functions, and Platform Services.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs to associates on datasets, access, independent analysis/self-serve, and interpretation
