As Senior Manager Finance Strategy, PMO & Analytics you will conceptualise and directly manage Finance's strategic framework to enable delivery of all strategic   programmes, projects and initiatives. You will lead the Project Management Office (PMO), performance management and analytics and Innovation functions, ensuring development and standardisation of appropriate standards, tools, performance indicators and internal controls to continuously drive quality, efficiency and overall financial service delivery. The Senior Manager Finance Strategy, PMO & Analytics  provides strategic inputs to Finance executive management to maintain and enhance a best-in-class Group Finance organisation which contributes to the delivery of the Finance vision, with particular emphasis on system innovation, analytics, people and organisational capability. 

In this role, you will: 

• Design and develop Finance’s strategic framework, ensuring alignment across all Finance Leadership Team areas with the Finance vision. Drive Finance’s 3-year strategic priorities to enable vision delivery. Contribute to the design and facilitation of strategic workshops and influence key themes.
• Lead the PMO function to uphold governance, documentation, reporting, and delivery standards. Ensure projects meet time, quality, and budget expectations, maximizing business value, and fully utilizing skilled resources. Represent Finance in organisation-wide transformation initiatives, coordinating Finance’s participation and managing the impact on processes, systems, and people.
• Establish mechanisms to research and recommend finance trends, methodologies, and benchmarks in technology, processes, and people. Drive innovation and ensure Finance remains aligned with global best practices.
• Partner with senior leaders, Emirates Internal Audit, and IT to develop a 1–3 year finance systems strategy that supports robust information systems and applications.
• Formulate and manage Finance’s data analytics and BI strategy, aligning with organisational goals for big data analytics and enterprise business intelligence. Enhance Finance’s data analytics capabilities and deliver insights for decision-making.
• Develop new analytical products to leverage financial data and ensure high-quality business intelligence. Align systems, processes, and reporting to optimise data quality and usability.
• Establish performance criteria and ensure effective performance management of finance systems, processes, and teams. Oversee Finance budgets, KPIs, and strategic road map progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services at optimal cost.
• Drive the Finance people strategy, including engagement initiatives, communication updates, and training through the Finance Talent Academy (FTA). Collaborate with HRBP and Talent teams to identify, develop, and retain top talent, ensuring innovation and effective succession planning.
• Provide leadership to the Strategy, PMO & Analytics team by managing performance, fostering development, and promoting collaboration. Oversee the department's performance management process and act as a role model for leadership.
