Develop and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives.Lead the selection and implementation of advanced data analytics and AI tools and technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence, and data mining.Establish a data-driven culture within the organisation by promoting the use of data-based insights for decision-making.Collaborate with business units to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation and improvement.Oversee the development and deployment of advanced analytics solutions to address specific business challenges.Ensure the quality and integrity of data assets throughout the organisation.Communicate effectively with senior leadership to advocate for the value of data analytics and drive adoption of data-driven initiatives.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field with experience working in the energy or oil and gas industry.Minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics and a proven track record of leading successful data-driven initiatives.Strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques, including machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive modeling.
