Description
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of expert data scientists, fostering growth and collaboration.Provide technical leadership across advanced areas like scalable computer vision, time series forecasting, LLMs, and optimisation techniques.Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, including AI, machine learning, and automation tools.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, translating data strategies into actionable solutions.Drive mindset change within the organisation, encouraging innovation and adaptability in a fast-evolving landscape.Ensure best practices in model scalability, performance optimisation, and production-level reliability.
Profile
Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Statistics.Over 10 years of relevant experience in statistical and data science roles and leading a team of data scientists and serving as the go-to subject matter expert for all aspects of data science.Proficient in programming languages, particularly Python, R, and SQL.Excellent problem-solving skills with a solution-driven mindset.Strong communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
