Develop and deliver digital enhancements to Visa Airport Companion to support Core CEMEA-wide benefits program in the travel and lifestyle ecosystem
Lead engagements with internal CEMEA, Global, functional, market teams and strategic partners and drive cross functional activities to introduce new Affluent products and benefits
Own and approve the release of all development work for the Visa Airport Companion
Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. With the vision, focus on seamless execution of refined requirements in partnership with stakeholders
Assess business value, develop use cases, and prioritize stories, features, and epics to focus on maximum value items aligned with the roadmap and strategy. Work closely with stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business requirements
Set expectations with stakeholders for the delivery of new features and capabilities
Research and analyze market, user audiences, and product roadmap, maintaining a strong understanding of competitors and best practices across Visa CEMEA sub regional markets
Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party developers on digital projects throughout the product development lifecycle
Leverage a dynamic and proactive consultative approach, partnering with business stakeholders and technology partners to design, develop, and implement solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Work with minimal direction, within a complex and ambiguous environment to drive rigorous delivery in tight time frames
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
