RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accountable for developing relationship with key clients to service their marketing research requirements
Generate opportunities for Nielsen IQ to pitch relevant solutions.
Demonstrate technology, telecom and durables industry expertise in marketing research across segments (B2B and B2C). Exposure to servicing clients in the above domain.
The role would entail new opportunity prospecting, taking research brief, developing relevant proposal/ proposition
Provides advice on the execution of projects, informs clients on progress and gives specific instructions to other departments regarding the collection and processing of information
Conduct secondary research for supporting development of best-in-class proposals
Client stakeholder management, including client queries or complaints, provide advice and consultation to clients’ stakeholders
Managing client financials including invoicing and collection.
Develops strategic understanding of industry trends, competition and opportunities for NielsenIQ
Provide top management with thorough review of internal and client financials including budget and forecasting.
Actively contributing to NielsenIQ’s thought leadership initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years relevant working experience. Experience in Market Research is a must
English language proficiency is a must
Demonstrates strong ability to understand technical aspects on financial services industry briefs, and own end to end proposal development
Understanding of analysis tools and data interpretation.
Excellent communication skills and understanding of data based consultative selling
Able to operate in a multi-cultural environment and handle multiple stakeholders internally and externally
Competent Negotiator with good influencing skills
Knowledge and exposure to UAE/ GCC markets is an added advantage (worked preferably in a multinational market research agency)
