Overview of the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager AI Strategy and Engineering to join our Data and AI Office at Al Futtaim Automotive. This role is based in Dubai and is crucial for implementing and delivering AI projects, as well as integrating AI systems with downstream business applications.

What you will do

• Support the Data and AI Office in implementing and delivering all AI projects
• Perform rapid in-house AI prototyping and use external AI APIs for POCs implementations
• Drive the implementation of scalable AI systems in-house or with vendors
• Drive AI strategy and AI adoption within the business
• Provide transparency to the business of Predictive Data Models and AI models
• Work closely with the Change Management resource from the Strategy & Transformation team to modify existing business processes to drive adoption
• Implement AI use cases such as Conversational AI Assistant/Chatbot for Call Center FTE optimization, Marketing advertisement generation using AI, Web-hyper personalization using AI content, Call sentiment analysis and speech recognition, dynamic pricing recommendation, and predictive fleet service maintenance

Required skills to be successful

• Extensive experience in AI strategy and engineering
• Strong understanding of AI models and Predictive Data Models
• Proven track record of implementing AI projects and integrating AI systems with business applications
• Proficiency in rapid AI prototyping

About the team
You will be part of the Data and AI Office, working closely with the marketing, IT, and customer service departments. The team is dedicated to enhancing the company's digital presence and improving customer engagement through innovative AI solutions.
