Looking to relocate to the Middle East?
An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Senior Major Loss Adjuster to provide superb customer service to a growing portfolio of clients within our Major & Complex Loss team based in the Middle East. You will be responsible for both growing the client base and providing efficient, customer-focused and cost-effective service by managing commercial property claims from instruction to completion.
You’ll investigate a variety of major and complex losses, on behalf of insurers involving material damage and business interruption.
As a Senior member of the MCL Middle East team, you’ll be part responsible for leadership and mentoring of junior staff and partaking in business development - capable of building and managing your own book of work.
We are looking for the following skills and experience:
Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service
Solid experience of dealing with Major and Complex Loss claims
Existing experience working within the London Market
A track record of developing and coaching junior adjusters
International experience beneficial but not essential
IT literate, ideally with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
Superb communications skills - listening and acting upon information given
Team player with the ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims
Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim
Able to build good relationships within the team and with clients
Conscientious, hard working to achieve and exceed the required results, as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge
Be able to prioritise your workload on a daily basis
ACII/ACILA or equivalent qualified
Market profile and account management an advantage
Full Driving Licence is essential
