Senior Legal Counsel – Contracts

What you’ll deliver
•You'll lead the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of bespoke contracts with Dubai Airports' suppliers and customers, ensuring that all contracts are consistent with Dubai Airports' goals and legal requirements.
•You'll develop and manage service level agreements with various business units within Dubai Airports, ensuring that the terms meet operational needs and legal standards.
•You'll ensure that all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
•You'll investigate legal claims and complaints related to Dubai Airports' suppliers and customers.
•You'll allocate and supervise legal work orders, ensuring legal counsel is efficiently directed towards priority tasks and objectives.
What you bring
•You should be educated to a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience and 5 - 7 years of overall experience
•You’ll have In-depth knowledge of UAE federal and local laws, particularly those pertaining to the aviation industry
•You’ll have proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, with a strong understanding of commercial negotiations and procurement processes.
•You'll have a valid license to practice law issued by an approved regulatory body.
