Senior Import Operation Specialist (Sea and Air).

Our Client has international contacts, which allows him to provide Logistics, Brokering, and support at origin and destination for all operations of import and export.
 

Job Description:
 

The Applicant for the job must be able to do the following:
 

• Responsible to get best rates from agents and shipping lines.
• Take the booking confirmation from the sales.
• Book with the agent/shipping line
• Secure the space on the target vessel
• Follow up the loading and sailing
• Confirm the BL with the customer 
• Follow up with the accounting the payment and collection of invoices.

Job Requirements:

 

The Applicant for the job must he following:⁠  
 

• Bachelor Degree.
• Experience 4 years or more at same Position in a freight forwarding company.
• Very good in English.
• Excellent Command of Microsoft Office Word & Excel.
• Very Good Communication Skills.
