Liaising as necessary with other occupational
safety and health personnel at the location
Conducting and continuously updating risk
assessments and/or registers maintained for fit out works and all other
activities performed at the location.
Enforcing corrective and/or preventive measures.
Revising osh related documents prepared by the
contractors and/or subcontractors.
Ensuring that all machinery, tools, materials or
equipment that is brought onto the location is compliant with the
requirements set out in the applicable oshad-sf regulations.
Ensuring that all stakeholders including, but
not limited to first aiders and fire wardens are fully aware of their OSH roles
and responsibilities, which may be updated from time to time.
Actively participating in all OSH relevant
activities, including, but not limited to.
Location specific OSH inductions.
OSH promotional activities.
Communication and consultation activities.
Advising and instructing on various
safety-related topics including, but not limited to noise levels and use of
machinery.
Reporting all incidents including, but not
limited to near misses and conducting detailed investigations at the location.
Maintaining the incident report tracker.
Inspecting the location and the work conducted
by all the personnel at the location.
