Maintain all human resources documents and information keyed into human resources management system and ensures its accuracy and integrity to support operational and reporting requirements.
Implement talent acquisition processes including administration, assessments, interviews and contract generation. Perform workforce analytics/studies to identify FAA's talent capabilities and skills gap.
Conduct employee on boarding and provide assistance in organizing training & development initiatives. Support new employees adopt the FAA’s value and be productive through on-boarding programs and employee services.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on job requirements and qualifications.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability and interest in available positions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
