Black & Grey HR is hiring for a Lighting and Electrical products provider in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Senior HR & Admin Manager who will be responsible for leading HR activities, focusing on employee relations, policy development, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Additionally, this role manages the QHSE management system, ensuring the organization’s commitment to quality, health, safety, and environmental standards while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
HR & Administration
- Oversee employee/labor relations and HR functions.
- Work with management to address employee issues and develop solutions.
- Champion employee engagement and ensure fair, equitable processes.
- Assist in developing HR policies and ensure compliance with laws.
- Manage recruitment, staffing, performance management, and compensation.
- Coordinate training on HR topics to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Handle disciplinary documentation and represent the company in hearings.
- Mentor and coach direct reports, providing career development opportunities.
QHSE Management
- Lead QHSE system reviews and internal audits.
- Establish and maintain QHSE procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain QHSE records, conduct internal audits, and ensure resolution of non-conformities.
- Coordinate QHSE training and ensure adequate employee preparedness.
- Report on QHSE status, improvements, and incidents to management.
General Responsibilities
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment.
-Adhere to company policies, procedures, and QHSE standards.
RequirementsEducation and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 20+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on strategic and tactical HR functions.
Languages and Communication Skills
- Fluent in English & Arabic (reading, writing, speaking).
- Strong communication skills and ability to develop policies and interact effectively with diverse groups.
Other Skills/Experience
- Extensive experience in HR processes, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with visa, immigration, and expatriate processing.
