• Strong communication and upselling skills
• Extensive knowledge of the hair industry

• As a Sr. Technical Stylist, you will carry out both classic and advanced styling and Coloring services within the salon and will play a key part in representing and promoting the Bedashing brand and its unique services at all times
• You will be a role model in the salon, mentoring the stylists and acting as an ambassador for our brand. Previous
• you will carry out Advanced and high end Color techniques and services within the salon
• experience of 10 + years within a busy salon and/or a hairdressing qualification level 3 is essential. ideally you should be able to handle Responsibilities such as Full consultation and diagnosis with clients, building new clientele, recommending products throughout the ranges and increasing client product knowledge and product sales. Performs Advanced cut 7 styles
Carry Out different hair treatments includes and not limited to Keratin and Protien
• Performs Advanced Color Techniques
• Serve and Maintain a pool of loyal customers
• Performs advanced up styles
Achieve the assigned sales targets for services and products
Provide excellent customer service for all the clients
Clean and Sanitise the tools and implements
• Performs pro consultation & diagnosis
