Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience as a visual designer with a strong portfolio that showcases both 3D graphics and marketing design expertise. Background in financial technology or trading sectors is a major bonus.
Proficient in 3D design tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya, with a demonstrated ability to create and manage animations, models, and visually impactful 3D elements for marketing campaigns.
Advanced understanding of core design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with optional knowledge of motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Webflow, Spline).
Extensive experience in developing assets for multi-channel marketing, including digital ads, social media content, emails, and landing pages. Demonstrated ability to translate high-level brand and marketing strategies into cohesive, impactful designs.
A creative thinker with a proven track record of devising design solutions that meet both strategic goals and aesthetic standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex design concepts to both creative and non-creative teams.
