To retain existing customer by follow-up on regular basis & Acquire new prospects and convert to buyers/Customers.
Deliver consistent high Customer Service to all the customers
Maintain up to date & accurate database of the customers.
Plan in advance day to day sales activities (Visits, Phone calls, emails, etc).
Maintain & submit daily activity reports to the Fleet Sales Manager on a daily basis.
Seek & report important market intelligence relating to competitors/clients that will benefit the company.
Complete all company documentation related to the job accurately & on a timely basis.
Comply with all company & departmental rules/ regulations relating to the purchasing, registration, insuring & payment of vehicles by customers.
To keep all existing and potential customers aware of new models and benefits offered by dealership's range of cars and commercial vehicles.
Prospecting :
Continuously seek new fleet prospects for Nissan products.
Maintain regular contacts with existing customers for additional business.
Maintain regular links with the Service dept to identify vehicles of fleet owners that may be due for change & replacement.
To keep the Fleet sales manager in loop in case of bulk deals to offer additional support/benefits to customers.
Add value to every Sale by promoting Extended Warranty, Insurance, Rust Proofing, Service Contract, Accessories Sales, Etc.
Selling Skills :
Ensure knowledge of what is important to fleet owners when they purchase vehicles to maintain transparency & try to close the sales by performing complete Sales Process.
Have thorough knowledge of product, SOP, credit procedures, F & I, Services, etc.
Acquire sufficient knowledge of competitor’s products, specifications & prices to be able to overcome customer objections & preferences.
Should be able to Qualify & determine customer’s needs to offer the best possible products.
Measurement & Performance :
Achievement of targets by controlling discounts given.
To commit & fulfil to the KPI’s assigned by the management.
Establish a mixed ratio of customers (existing & new) in order to achieve the sales targets.
Other Areas:
Report to duty on time. Maintain attendance punctuality & Discipline.
Adhere to the guidance & instructions of the Fleet Sales Manager on all the official issues.
Attend & report to trainings on time.

Graduate/Diploma Certificate.
Corporate sales experience in the last 3-5 years essential.
