Job Description

Due to the continuing success and growth of our Middle East team, this fantastic opportunity has opened up at our award-winning specialist consultancy, engineering and advisory firm.

At AESG we are looking for a Senior Fire & Life Safety Consultant to join our Fire & Life Safety team and work alongside our other specialist disciplines based in our Dubai office.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated Fire & Life Safety Consultant seeking a leading role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage the delivery of projects in a client face role
• Delivery of consultancy projects to high levels of quality within projects deadlines
• Assist in preparing proposals when required
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction
• Inspection, design and plan review for all fire protection systems and life safety as per relevant Fire codes
• Preparing and implementing fire and life safety strategy report and fire and life safety designs
• Actively pursue continued professional development through completion of training modules
• Engaging in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs
• Conducting all their activities in quality, healthy and safe manner and reporting any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel
• Exerting all efforts to contribute to the success and continual improvement of the IMS

Must have/be:

• A BSc (BEng) or MSc (MEng) in Fire Safety Engineering / Architecture Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years experience practicing fire protection engineering / consultancy
• NFPA 101 Certification
• CFPS Certification
• Sound technical knowledge in Fire Safety/Engineering within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors
