What You Will Do

Senior Finance Analyst Middle East will report directly to Head of Finance, Middle East to provide financial insights & reports for the finance team and assist in month closure activities.

The role will be responsible for managing OPEX part of the business including month closure, actual vs plan tracing, budget reviews and being single point of contact for main stakeholders.

As well the role includes responsibility for coordinating Planning & Budgeting activities and various projects/ad hoc.

Key Responsibilities

The main roles and responsibilities are as follows:

• Month-end closing: assist in the preparation and execution of month-end-closing activities; preparing and reviewing financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness; coordinate with various stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Data & dashboards management: develop and generate regular financial reports and dashboard for management view, utilize data analytics tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes; data reconciliation and validation
• OPEX business partnering & spend tracking: Track and monitor company OPEX expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets; ensure accurate calculation and recording of OPEX accruals conduct periodic reviews of actuals plans with key business partners; coordinate OPEX budget/planning process; innovate and implement new processes for efficient and effective spend tracking
• Planning & Budgeting: coordinating with other finance partners planning & budgeting process, including template preparation, data load and reconciliation
• Projects/ad-hoc: support management with special projects and ad hoc activities including Audit & SOX reviews

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Finance, Accounting or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance
• Professional certification a plus (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data management tools
• Exposure and experience to work within multi-cultural team in the matrix organization
• Languages: English fluent, other languages a plus.
