Job Description
To manage and deliver all Talent Acquisition requirements for the divisions assigned and to manage senior stakeholders, applying an account management, business partnering approach to ensure delivery of TA objectives and to position Masdar TA function as a centre-of- excellence. In collaboration with the business, to develop an annual demand plan and to manage the sourcing strategy accordingly to deliver all hires. To apply a proactive, direct sourcing methodology to exceed all key KPI targets and ensure hires are delivered with optimum turnaround times, while ensuring that all new hires are in line with Masdar’s values, core competencies, technical skills and business requirements.
