Job Description
1. Handle all labour related cases/issues to ensure adherence with defined contractual terms and assist in timely resolution of labour disputes in accord with UAE Federal Law (33).
2. Provide information / answers to customers by replying to complex queries, requests & complaints related to cases, WPS & other services in accordance with UAE Federal Law to ensure prompt & informed replies are provided to customers in a timely manner.
3. Register Labour cases online through Dubai Courts registration window and attend online Hearing Session. Follow up scheduled / rescheduled hearing date and maintain a record.
4. Establish / maintain the filing system for the function (manual and electronic) to ensure effective storage and quick retrieval.
5. Verification of WPS Justification & Exclusion SRs by reviewing company’s comments & provided documents.
6. Prepare WPS Reports of defaults/non-compliance matters for management review using Central Bank & CX information.
7. Verification & monitoring the conversion of company’s status from BG to Insurance & from Insurance to BG according to WPS history.
8. Attend labour strike incidents, if required after the working hours to control and contain the situation.
9. Process BG encashment & distribute it to the labourers in coordination with Finance, Inspection & DLC.
10. Verification & attestation of EC Amendment & Non-Competition SRs.
11. Coordinating Inspection visits with Inspection section to verify company’s compliance with WPS to insure timely salary payment of employees.
12. Handle, Process & confirm visa cancelation of (Employees Outside UAE, Death Employee, Dispute & Voluntary).
13. Process Declare Absconder / Withdrawal of Absconder with Visa Cancelation requests.
14. Handle Declare Absconder Guarantee Amount Refund Request.
15. Handle Dubai Trade & Customer Relation calls.
16. Handling complaints forwarded by Communication Dept., Human Rights or DLC.
17. Verifying TBA SRs to confirming employees’ status.
18. Perform other work associated duties as assigned by direct line manager.
