- Receives and inspects the documents submitted by the customers to ensure that all documents are complete as per the standard requirements for processing the transactions. Seek approval from Head of Section to complete the company transactions.
- Liaise with government entities to seek for approvals on regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments to seek approval in certain transactions or update the customer’s information in their system.
- Answers to escalated inquiry from sales team, Dubai Trade calls, customer call center etc., for questions / clarifications / follows up raised by the company that requires more in-depth information.
- Prepares the lease renewal agreement for NIP and ensure all process are completed
- Receive and verify the documents submitted by the customer for lease renewal and ensure all the requirements are fulfilled for Lease Renewal / Rent Review / Amendment.
- To meet with the prospects and provide them with necessary information related to Lease/company termination and Legal cases.
- Review and process the expired Lease & License list on monthly basis and forward it to Legal department for all NIP companies.
- Enters company organizational, information data in the system to ensure the record are update completely and timely.
- Liaise with company’s representative like lawyers / chartered accountants in order to provide the services as per the customer requirements.
- To meet with the prospects and provide them with necessary information related to registration charges, license issuance procedures, bank deposit of share capital procedures and other information related to registration of their companies.
- Ensures obtaining all necessary approvals from third party sections and inter departments such as (National Security, Compliance, EHS Dept, APM Dept) to proceed with the company registration and facility allocation.
- Follow up with the client to ensure that the complete required information and documentation are duly submitted to proceed with the registration, licensing & lease agreement issuance formalities till completion.
