About Rule
Provide support in troubleshooting to site operations for various technical queries impacting plant operations.
Prepare periodic performance summaries to monitor plant operating conditions, to ensure being operated within operating envelopes utilizing tools such as PIS (Plant Information System), LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and HEMS models, highlights abnormalities and recommends appropriate actions.
Prepare monthly plant production and operating data, evaluates unit's efficiencies by relating chemicals and energy consumption, and initiates changes as required to improve profit margins.
Participates in the alarm rationalization activities. Leads investigation process for operating windows parameters excursions.
Participate in the identification of adequate cost effective solutions in process problem areas. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of equipment and process for continual process improvement.
Support other department like HSE, maintenance, etc. to identify, investigates and recommends appropriate new technical innovations, developments and enhancements to improve delivery of business goals.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
8 yearsj experience in Process engineering in a large industrial organization in the Oil and Gas industry.
