# Review the daily operations report submitted by the operator and highlight areas of underperformance to thedirect supervisor.# Assist in preparing reports and collating information for the KPI attribution meeting with the operators ofDubai Metro and Dubai Tram# Monitor the operator’s performance in customer service through daily review of the Mystery Shopper Surveyreports# Review the RTA Survey reports, prepare the results monthly report, highlight areas of underperformance tothe direct supervisor.# Coordinate all meetings related to Operations &/or Maintenance Performance for Dubai Metro and DubaiTram respectively# Assist in developing the relevant business processes for the section# Perform other responsibilities related to the position as appropriate.# Conduct Inspections / Audits on the RTA Inspectors conducting the RTA Surveys# Assist in the implementation of the Customer Satisfaction Survey with the various stakeholders# Prepare report on the performance of the Dubai Metro & Dubai Tram with meaningful analysis, driveninformation for the direct supervisor# Verify data submitted by the operators on the performance of all rail systems# Monitor the operator’s performance in handling customer feedbacks via Customer Relationship ManagementSystem# Review the weekly KPI attribution report submitted by the operator and highlight areas of underperformanceto the direct supervisor.# Assist in developing Code of Practice relevant to Dubai Metro and Dubai Tram# Assist in developing inspection / audit checklist and conducting inspections / audits on the operators of DubaiMetro and Dubai Tram
Education# Bachelor Degree in Engineering: Electrical, Civil from a recognized university
Skills# Experienced in operating Performance Monitoring Tool software for driverless metro# Innovative problem-solver who can generate workable solutions and resolve complaints# 3 - 7 years working experience in a railway environment.# Good understanding in the operations of a driverless metro and its associated rail systems# Flexible team player who thrives in environments requiring ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multipleconcurrent projects.# Proven ability to develop quality standards, testing procedures, inspection reporting formats, and ability toconceptualize tasks and accomplish them.# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamliningcomplex work processes# Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues.# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications# Good knowledge of statistical methods and their applications.
