JOB PURPOSE:
Participate in developing, Planning and Setting work Schedule for the Tie in of all wells as per the approved Business plan. Aligns the planning of material control procedures with approved Tie-in Plan, to achieve the required Well handover Plan.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinate with various Engineering discipline: Process, Piping, Instrumentation, Civil, Electrical and Telecom, Construction and Operation to develop Tie in project requirements, Construction & Operation constraints such as shutdown requirement.
Monitors the progress reported by contractors at all stages to record actual performance against plan. Prepares Material Forecast for 3 Years on a Quarterly basis in line with the latest DWS Scenario and in coordination with the Project Managers on the Tie in Plan. Coordinate all tie-ins project material procurement activities of newly drilled wells.
Executes strategies for material procurement for all Tie-in projects. Includes discussing materials ordering and control requirements with concerned project engineers and establishes various "in house" systems, procedures to adequately monitor and control the tendering and procurement of materials, to meet project installation schedules.
Receives draft material requisitions (PO’s) from Project Engineers and coordinates processing of requisitions between various departments / divisions, such as, Engineering Projects, Finance and Procurement Division. Monitors the Tie-in Budget status on Monthly basis.
Participates in tender pre-bid meetings, technical clarifications, undertake technical evaluation and recommend for award.
Follows-up and expedites material orders through Procurement Division to ensure that delivery schedules are maintained. Updates “tie-ins” schedules in light of delivery schedules. Keeps project/discipline engineers advised of delivery schedules through regular progress reports, staff meetings etc.
Provides support to Project Manager in the Preparation of Well Technical Package and issuance of the same in coordination with the Development, Disciplines and Concept Engineers in line with the Well Handover plan.
Issue Free Issue Materials (DTR) to the Contractor on the basis of Well Technical Package and ensure the materials are issued in line with the Approved Wells Drawings.
Review the Materials reconciliation reports issued by Contractor and endorsed by Construction team.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
8 years of experience in Engineering Projects as planning Engineer or similar position.
