Responsible for designing and analyzing Dubai Health's electrical systems, conducting quality assurance, inspecting equipment, and recommending cost-efficiency improvements.
1.Develop, review, and approve all relevant electrical design plans and work schedules.
2.Prepare the technical specification, scope of work, tender documents, and technical evaluation with BOQ comparison.
3.Preparation of project value engineering without affecting the project's specification, scope of work, and execution planning.
4.Liaise with internal teams and other engineers to ensure projects are completed to specifications.
5.Coordinate with other design disciplines for design integrity.
6.Ensure the projects comply with the quality and safety assurance requirements and procedures.
7.Draw up budgets, schedules, company regulations, and other documents.
8.Analyze existing processes and schedule meetings to discuss improvement initiatives.
9.Conduct research, diagnose, maintain electrical systems, and troubleshoot equipment.
10.Draft engineering specifications for tenders and engineering design reports.
11.Responsible for MEP and ELV system design and execution
12.Monitor and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
13.Keep projects within their financial constraints by accurately estimating costs, setting the budget, and controlling spending.
14.Ensure proper recording of utilized items in the engineering repairs & store requisition.
15.Control engineering expenses and ensure that all engineering items used are mentioned on the Engineering Repairs and store requisitions.
16.Ensure the proper maintenance of project documentation to guarantee project continuity and compliance with the applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
17.Follow up engineering requisition through CAFM and ensure work orders are completed within timeframes, costs, and quality requirements.
18.Liaise with authority entities such as DEWA/ADDC/Civil Defense and obtain the required project approvals.
19.Provide engineering information and training to the technical team and advise the team in critical situations
