Senior Electrical Design Engineer (Hands on design experience is a must)

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing electrical systems and components for various construction projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure the successful execution of electrical designs.

Responsibilities:

• Design electrical systems and components for construction projects, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and regulations.
• Prepare electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using computer-aided design software.
• Perform electrical load calculations and system modeling to ensure proper system sizing and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and project managers to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of electrical designs.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and project meetings to ensure project objectives are met.
• Stay current with industry trends, standards, and best practices in electrical engineering.
• Support the procurement process by assisting with the selection of electrical equipment and materials.
• Conduct inspections and tests on completed electrical systems to ensure quality and compliance.
• Document and maintain accurate records of electrical designs and project documentation.
