Job Purpose

The Senior Digital Learning Specialist will design, develop, and manage cutting-edge digital learning content, leveraging advanced technologies including artificial intelligence (AI) to create innovative and engaging learning experiences that align with the organization’s strategic learning objectives.

Responsibilities

Content Creation and Innovation: Design and develop high-quality digital learning materials such as e-learning modules, videos, interactive simulations, and experiences that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention. Utilize emerging technologies, including AI, to create adaptive learning experiences that personalize content based on learner needs and progress.

Future of LearningKeep up with the latest trends in digital learning and educational technology, including advancements in AI, VR, AR (augmented reality), and other innovative learning tools. 

Technology Management: Oversee the management of digital learning platforms and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, secure, and fully functional. Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital content and learning management systems (LMS), and coordinate with IT support to resolve problems promptly.

Quality AssuranceEnsure all digital learning content adheres to high standards of quality, including usability, accessibility, and instructional design principles. Conduct thorough testing of digital learning materials to ensure they perform well across various devices and platforms.

Content Updates and Maintenance: Regularly review and update digital learning materials to ensure they remain relevant and aligned with organizational goals, UAE Central Bank and other regulatory bodies. 

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and develop content that meet educational objectives. Collaborate with the learning and development team to ensure digital content integrates seamlessly with the overall training programs and strategies.

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to track the performance and effectiveness of digital learning content, including learner engagement, progress, and outcomes. Analyse data to gain insights and present data-driven recommendations for enhancements and improvements.
