This role serves as a subject matter expert on campaigns and campaign platforms, and provides guidance and oversight to other campaign resources. This role is able to provide direction and guidance on integration of marketing technologies and tools.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities: • Works under guidance of Campaign Platform Architect to install and configure Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica, Salesforce, Alterian or SAS MA tools • Reviews SQL/SAS code to understand requirements and develop marketing campaigns in SQL or marketing tools • Interfaces directly with internal teams to address and manage client requests • Responds to internal requests for support assistance on deployed campaign platforms within our production organisation • Understands, customises and optimises the entire campaign management process to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control • Completes campaign activities individually during initial stage of development prior to the full deployment of the solution to production
