Responsibilities

  • Develop, and implement software solutions for integration projects
  • Troubleshoot integration problems and recommend appropriate solutions;
  • Build software spec documentation based on design
  • Troubleshoot integration problems and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Understand integration requirements of payment systems and implement it as required;
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd line of support for Buna APIs and integration solutions

Qualifications Requirements

  • Degree in CS, SE, IT,IS, or related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong experience in developing REST APIs.
  • Knowledge in one of message queues is must (e.g. IBM MQ, MSMQ, ActiveMQ …etc.) is Must.
  • EAI platforms experience (e.g. IBM Connect, TIBCO, Biztalk, etc) is must.
  • Strong knowledge in integration design patterns
  • Knowledge in ISO 20022 is must while SWIFT messages (MT, MX) and different RTGS systems is an advantage
  • Deep knowledge in on of (Java, Python Or .NET) is a must.
  • Experience in payment systems or banking domain is an advantage.
  • Solid Knowledge of developing API Specifications.
  • Strong in application architectures and databases.
  • Strong in microservices architecture and development.
  • Strong knowledge in security protocols such as TLS, SSL, …etc.
  • Knowledge of Containers, cloud native, open-source frameworks, and security.
  • Good time-management skills
  • Good in interpersonal and communication skills

Arab Monetary Fund is a Regional Arab Organisation, Founded in 1976, and has started operations in 1977. Member Countries (22) are: Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Tunisia, Algeria, Djibouti, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Somalia, Iraq, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Egypt, Morocco, Mauritania, Yemen, Comoros. Objectives The fund aims at contributing to the achievement of the following objectives: 1.Correcting disequilibria in the balance of payments of member States. 2.Striving for the removal of restrictions on current payments between member States. 3.Establishing policies and modes of Arab monetary co-operation. 4.Rendering advice, whenever called upon to do so, with regard to policies related to the investment of the financial resources of member States in foreign markets. 5.Promoting the development of Arab financial markets. 6.Paving the way towards the creation of a unified Arab currency. 7.Promote trade among member States.
