You’ll join Huspy’s Data team as a Data Analyst with a focus on Business Intelligence, where you’ll support business units by delivering actionable insights and creating impactful reports. Your work will be crucial in helping teams make data-driven decisions, optimize performance, and align with Huspy’s business objectives. You will take ownership of BI tools and dashboards, ensuring data quality and reliability for stakeholders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain BI Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau (preferred) or similar BI tools, ensuring they provide clear and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Data Extraction and Analysis: Use SQL and other data extraction tools to gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources, including Snowflake.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business, product, and engineering teams to understand their data needs, translating business questions into analytical requirements and solutions.
- Optimize Reporting: Continuously enhance reporting systems for scalability and efficiency, ensuring reports are easy to access, interpret, and act upon.
- Support Data-Driven Decisions: Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making and performance optimization.
- Ensure Data Quality: Implement quality checks and maintain data accuracy across BI systems, working with data engineering to resolve any data issues.
- Document BI Processes: Create and maintain documentation for BI processes, data definitions, and dashboard usage guidelines to support consistency and transparency.
The Perfect Match: What you bring
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics). A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analytics or BI-focused role.
- BI and Visualization Expertise: Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to create visually compelling and easy-to-navigate dashboards.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation; familiarity with data platforms like Snowflake (preferred) is beneficial.
- Data Analysis and Reporting Skills: Experience in conducting data analysis and generating insights to support business needs, including KPI tracking and performance reporting.
- ETL Skills: Familiarity with ETL processes for data preparation, ensuring clean, accurate, and well-organized data for analysis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct data discrepancies.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative Spirit: Experience working cross-functionally, especially with product, engineering, and business teams to align data insights with business strategies.

- Experience with Our Tool Stack: Hands-on experience with Tableau, Snowflake, db, and Airflow is a strong plus.
- Advanced Analytical Knowledge: Proficiency in Python or R for advanced data analysis and modeling.
