+ Create visual identity and brand guidelines for current and new brands.
+ Design creative marketing collaterals including but not limited to: menus, posters, delivery packaging, and die-cuts.
+ Manage design projects from start to finish, ensuring both quality and timely delivery.
+ Guide other designers and external partners to maintain a consistent brand look and feel.
+ Work closely with the brand team to update and enhance the brand's visual identity.
+ Collaborate with brand managers, photographers, performance marketing, and content creators to develop successful campaigns.
+ Create photography direction mood boards and prepare props and backgrounds for photo shoots.
+ Collaborate with other teams, such as operations and procurement, to achieve project goals.
+ Develop innovative design solutions that are both visually appealing and functional.
+ Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to continuously improve design quality.
+ Review all designs for visual appeal, brand consistency, and accuracy.
+ Utilize expertise in design software to produce high-quality visuals.
+ Incorporate feedback into designs while maintaining design integrity.
+ Efficiently manage time to handle multiple projects, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
+ Introduce fresh design ideas to keep content engaging and relevant.
+ Present and explain design ideas clearly to team members.
+ Create animations and short videos for social media and in-store screens.
+ Shoot and edit social media content using DSLR cameras and mobile phones.
+ Work with the interior design team on environmental branding.
+ Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.
+ At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
+ A strong portfolio showcasing your skills and experience.
+ Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
+ Strong knowledge of animation software such as Adobe After Effects.
+ Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro.
+ Excellent knowledge of storyboarding, visual design principles, and animation.
+ Artistic with a keen eye for aesthetics and visually appealing content/designs.
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to collaborate on long-term projects.
