Design and monitor performance measurement mechanisms, ensuring consistency with goals
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8-10 years of experience in institutional excellence, strategic planning, or related fields, preferably in a government or large organization.
Expertise in DGEP and global quality standards such as ISO.
Strong understanding of Dubai Government policies, strategic planning frameworks, and performance management systems.
Proven experience in benchmarking, institutional excellence initiatives, and quality management.
