Follow up on the assigned files that have a hearing date scheduled, inform the sponsored defendants, and identify the arrested defendants.
Sending a list of detainees with the link to the session and notifying the centers to present them via video communication technology for the session.
Ensure the presence of the parties to the case, translators and witnesses before the start of the session and inform the judge to announce the start of the court session in accordance with Article (160) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Calling the parties to the cases and responding to the court’s inquiries in accordance with Article (165) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Documenting the minutes of the sessions as dictated by the judge and implementing all decisions issued during the session in accordance with Article (171) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Ensure that the session transcript is free of any case in which no action has been taken.
Sending an order to extend the detention to the police station electronically for the detained defendants in implementation of the court’s decision.
Sending a notification to the plaintiff or his agent to receive his civil lawsuit when a ruling is issued to refer the civil lawsuit to the competent court.
