Senior Civil Supervisor

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is one of our main clients along with Tier 1 and Tier 2 EPC contractors in this sector. We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services.

Oversee and coordinate Civil construction, and maintenance activities in a construction or industrial site setting. Responsible for managing a team of Civil foremen, technicians, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, according to specifications, and in compliance with safety regulations, ultimately contributing to the successful completion of projects and the smooth operation of Civil systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of Civil foremen, technicians, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and deadlines.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, assisting with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making during Civil installations, repairs, or maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment by conducting regular safety inspections, implementing safety measures, and addressing any safety concerns or incidents.
• Monitor and inspect the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to communicate progress, address issues, and make recommendations for process improvements or cost-saving measures.

• Diploma in Civil or Equivalent 

Experience Requirements:

• Experience level: 05+ years in the construction sector
• HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
