KBR is looking for Senior Civil & Structural Engineer for a PMC project to be based in– Abu Dhabi UAE
Main Responsibilities Proficiency in analysis and design of steel structures, concrete structures, equipment foundations (static & dynamic), pipe-racks and technological structures
In depth knowledge of building design (both conventional and blast resistant)
Knowledge of soil mechanics, earthworks, geotechnical and foundation engineering
Ability to assess and check adequacy of existing structures (pipe racks, buildings, equipment foundations, etc.)
Knowledge of design of roads, paving, culverts & bridges
Understanding and design knowledge of underground drainage network
Hands on experience in using industry standard software such as STAAD PRO, ETABS, MAT3D, FDN3D, PROKON, AUTOCAD, etc.
Knowledge of national/international codes & standards and industry practices ( ACI, AISC, ASCE, BS, BS EN, ASTM, ADIBC, IBC, PIP, SHELL DEP, etc.)
Knowledge of ADNOC Specifications (AGES, DGS) is preferred
Experience OR Qualifications
Minimum Overall 15+ years of oil & gas experience. Must have at least 3 to 5 Years experience working in SRU and Gas Processing projects. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.
FEED experience is a must.
PMC experience is an added advantage.
GCC experience required.
