Responsible To maintain medium capacity Central Air conditioningsystems achieving the required/assigned targets of the work within thedesignated area of operations with minimum downtime meeting completesatisfaction of Clients & end users.
§Carry out preventive &corrective maintenance works of medium capacity central HVAC Systems andassociated controls including all types of Chillers (Centrifugal, Screw,Reciprocating)& Air Handling Units,Fan Coil Units, CHW pumps, stair pressurisation units, smoke extract systems.
§Troubleshootsystem failures onall of the aboveequipment / systems with minimum downtime
§Carryout brazing & welding works as required by the refrigeration industry
§Carryout compressor overhauling works of Screw & Reciprocating types &assist in overhauling Centrifugal Compressors as required
§Attend24/7 standby duty as per duty roster
§Carryout land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE
§Assistin condition surveys / snagging works of lager capacity central AC systems whenrequired
§Carryout any other appropriate works as assigned time to time
§Complywith companies EHS & Q regulations and Montréal protocol related to CFCrefrigerants
Education/Qualifications
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
§6 months Vocational Education – 6- 7 years relevant experience.
§1 year ITI – 5 - 6 years relevant experience.
§2 years ITI – 3 – 5 years relevant experience.
§Should have a sound knowledge of pipefitting and expertise of brazing techniques as applicable to the Ref & AC industry, electrical and electronic fault diagnosis as applicable to the Ref & AC industry
