Senior Business Analyst (Mobile App & Staff Portal)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with over 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, specifically for our banking mobile app and staff portal. The candidate should be fluent in both English and Arabic, possessing strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into actionable project plans and functional specifications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather and document requirements for both banking mobile app and staff portal projects.
  
• Analyze and assess existing systems, processes, and workflows to recommend solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
  
• Prepare detailed business and functional requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvements, optimization, and automation.
  
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) efforts and validate that the developed solutions meet business needs.
  
• Track project progress, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
  
• Provide post-launch support and continuously work on enhancing the product based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.
  

• Proven experience in banking, digital platforms, and staff portals.
  
• Expertise in business process modeling, requirement gathering, and data analysis.
  
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  
• Strong understanding of mobile and web application development.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
  
• 12+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector.
  
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, digital banking platforms, and user experience principles.
