Responsible to ensure building management operating system, digital computer and HVAC building systems are in place.
Responsible to ensure building management fire alarm system and related emergency procedures are in place.
Responsible to ensure building management elevator system and related emergency procedures are in place.
Responsible to ensure functioning and nomenclature of all building management system hardware.
Responsible to formulate Planned Maintenance program
Conduct site surveys and inspections
Allocate assigned tasks for completion within the boundaries of UAE
To work in shifts when required
Nominate and attend the training programs prescribed by Imdaad
Carry out 24/7 standby duties as per the roster
Submit BMS reports to the management as required
Guidance and mentoring of all direct reports
Adherence to all current company procedures and the IMS system
Education/Qualifications
Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is a must and Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard) is desirable. 1 year/ 2 years ITI is a must.
6 months Vocational Education in the Relevant Trade OR 1 year/ 2 years ITI is a must.
Should be good at trouble shooting of BMS control panels, BMS Input-Output field devices and their control signals, Control panels
Should have knowledge on HVAC systems.
Should be able to do BMS field devices control wiring & conducting works and should be familiar with wiring standard work practices
