Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and ensuring quality of testing for the Services

Proven track record of manual testing transformation to Automation
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance (technical & non-technical requirements) including establishing metrics, applying FAB established standards

Ensuring that automation is embedded in all project delivery
Adhering to the Automation transformation KPI that is governed by the Test CoE
Responsible for ensuring that the data captured in the Test management tools are accurate and concise
Dedicate 20% or the time to the Guild and Review and advisory board set up by the Testing Coe

Ensure that the adherence is 100% compliant to the testing framework
Strong Technical background in Development and coding practices
Time delivery is maintained for all testing deliverables
Automation accountability transformation is the key ownership of the QA lead
QA lead need to continuously strive for alignment and innovation Testing Coe to remove gap in automation solution
GAP identification is Automation capability to be timeously highlighted, owned and driven with the Testing Coe
Proven performance and Security testing knowledge is a must as the roles is to ensure delivery for the service and the execution accountability is with the Testing CoE
QA lead is to ensure that the data used is always compliance with PCI/DDS regulation
QA Lead to help drive the usage of the templates defined through best practice
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
Minimum Experience
Has 5+ years’ experience in Appium Selenium with Java
Experience in Automated Testing of GUI and functional aspects of Client - server and Mobile-based Applications on multiple levels of SDLC and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Strong Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts(OOPS) and Java Skills
Strong knowledge and experience in debugging the issues on script execution for Mobile application using Appium Studio or Appium server
Knowledge and experience of test automation and testing tools such as Selenium, Appium , BDD , TestNG
Good experience in Data Driven and Hybrid Testing.
Experience in Regression using Automated testing tools - Appium ,Browser Stack for Mobile Native Applications
Experience in automating test cases using TestNG, Junit and Cucumber
