1. Assist in managing, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of all management systems in UAE businesses units & functions by adhering & implementing ISO requirements.
2. Review any new management system that can add value either proactively or reactively and prepare a summary report including the final recommendation with proper justifications.
3. Develop the internal & external audit plan schedule and ensure full compliance & implementation as per the plan.
4. Present the audit & process compliance management review meeting with the management on regular basis.
5. Conduct internal audits related to the management systems obtained by UAE business units & functions, communicate & manage the internal audit reports and follow up with the concern owners to ensure proper implementation & closure if all action plans.
6. Check the compliance level if all approved policies & procedures documents by conducting process audits to check the actual & documents process.
7. Manage proper reporting mechanism to ensure that all gaps identified from the process compliance audit are effectively addressed to the right teams within organization excellence which should ensure implementation and reflecting the gaps within the policies & procedures
8. Assist in managing external audits for all management systems certifications obtained by the UAE businesses units & functions to ensure the effectiveness of these management systems fand ollow up with the concern owners to ensure proper implementation & closure if all action plans.
9. Assist in communication & manage the relationship with the certification bodies for all management systems obtained by UAE business unites & functions.
10. Manage an effective result dashboard related to audit & process compliance team activities that gives clear results on the team performance & KPIs.
11. Explore & introduce smart solutions related to continuous audit & process compliance team activities to have more efficient/control on the internal processes and reduce the manual work.
12. Manage the programs/initiative that enhance the awareness level among UAE employees related to audit & process compliance and business process efficiency activities.
13. Work closely with HO group internal audit function and monitor the GCC audit reports & status to ensure all actions are being implemented and reduce the overdue issues which should be reported to the management on regular basis.
14. Manage the policy compliance related to UAE according to Head Office requirements along with minimum internal control standard (MICS).
15. Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as assigned by management team.
