Senior Associate - Risk Advisory Services (RAS)

The Senior Associate in Risk Advisory Services (RAS) will play a key role in executing risk and financial-related assignments, focusing on developing, implementing, and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and risk management frameworks. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with industry professionals and provide both strategic and operational insights to solve complex client challenges.

Please note: This is a contractual role with an expected duration of 3 to 4 months. The contract may or may not be extended based on performance and client requirements.

1. Client Management and Relationship Building
   

   
   
   • Collaborate with a team to provide end-to-end solutions addressing complex business challenges.
     
   • Undertake client delivery projects in UAE, including operational improvement, business re-engineering, and internal audits.
     
   • Design and implement SOPs to align client operations with regulatory standards and best practices.
     
   • Develop risk mitigation strategies and optimize operational efficiency for clients.
     

2. Assignment Execution
   

   
   
   • Lead consulting engagements to meet regulatory standards, risk management, and business improvement goals.
     
   • Implement SOPs to streamline business functions and ensure operational consistency.
     
   • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and business needs to drive client success.
     

3. Team Collaboration
   

   
   
   • Work with colleagues in UAE and international teams on client work and initiatives.
     
   • Stay informed about developments in global markets and the UAE regulatory environment.
     

4. Assistance to Senior Management
   

   
   
   • Contribute to strategic development alongside day-to-day project tasks as assigned by senior management.
     

Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
  
• Ability to develop strong client relationships while adhering to professional ethics.
  
• Excellent multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.
  
• Ability to work under time constraints.
  
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  

Qualifications:

• ACCA qualified or Semi-Qualified CA preferred.
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in reputed firms.
  
• At least 2 years of experience in Risk Advisory Services.
  

Additional Information:

• This role is contractual and is expected to last for 3 to 4 months.
  
• The contract may be extended based on performance and project requirements.
