المهارات

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional licensure or certification as a registered architect/engineer preferred.
  • 10 years of proven experience in architectural design, engineering, and project management, with a focus on complex, large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in architectural software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in design execution.
